During the pandemic, we as an organization worked with families and schools to successfully refund as many as 20,000 families across the UK due to COVID-19 cancellations. Although this has been one of the most difficult and challenging times during our history, it’s only become a further guarantee of what we, as an organisation, are more than willing and able to do, should the need arise.
